  • Now a question we all ask ourselves is can the homeless vote? Well, of course, anyone who is a citizen in the United States can vote but need to follow the guidelines that the states have in place to be able to vote. Some guidelines that are statewide is that the homeless need to have an address in the city they are voting in. The states usually allow for the addresses to be located at a shelter, at a park, or anywhere where they normally at.
